Paul Spoonhower

Paul Spoonhower is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and business management within the technology and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Product Development at TransUnion since March 2019, Paul leads a team focused on identity-based audience solutions following TransUnion's acquisition of Neustar, Inc. in December 2021. Prior to TransUnion, Paul held the same title at Neustar, Inc. and gained valuable consulting experience as a Product & Technology Consultant for private equity firms. Additional notable positions include Director of Business Development at Factual Inc and The Trade Desk, along with leadership roles at Adbrain and NeuStar, Inc. Paul co-founded Scratch Image, a studio specializing in content creation for AR/VR and video games, and began a successful career as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Paul holds a B.S. in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.
