Rachel Mantz

Rachel Mantz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at TransUnion since December 2015, Rachel has held several progressive roles within the company, including Vice President, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel, Director, and Senior Attorney. Prior to joining TransUnion, Rachel worked at McGuireWoods LLP from February 2002 to December 2015, where Rachel advanced from Associate to Partner. Rachel's career began at Jenner & Block as an Associate from July 1998 to February 2002. An alumna of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Rachel holds a JD obtained in 1997 and earned a BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994.
