Sonal Gupta

Sonal Gupta is an accomplished Salesforce professional with extensive experience in architecture and technical leadership. Currently serving as Principal Salesforce Architect and Director at TransUnion since August 2021, Sonal leads global Salesforce delivery architecture and application programming. Previously, Sonal worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, managing multiple portfolios and providing technical advisory on Salesforce cloud products. Sonal's experience also includes roles at Jet Support Services, Capgemini, HCL Technologies, Teradata R&D, and CDAC, encompassing Salesforce design, development, and administration. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Roorkee and a Post Graduation Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC ACTS Bangalore.
