Tom Ward

Tom Ward is the VP Assistant General Counsel at TransUnion, where they oversee the legal and business affairs for Argus Information and Advisory Services and Commerce Signals. With extensive experience in corporate law, Tom previously served as VP, Associate General Counsel & Director of Business Affairs at HarperCollins Publishers, focusing on various legal matters in the book publishing industry. Prior to that, they held positions at Time Warner Book Group and HarperCollins, managing contracts and advising on intellectual property issues. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Japanese from Hunter College and a Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
