Wayne Hodgin

Wayne Hodgin has extensive experience in project management and operational risk across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Data Privacy Programme Manager at TransUnion since November 2018, Wayne has also held roles such as Head of Operational Risk and Resilience and Head of Control and Assurance. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principle Project Manager at Callcredit Information Group Limited, focusing on GDPR projects. At NewDay, Wayne led Operational Risk and was responsible for implementing an organization-wide Business Continuity program and strategic project governance. Wayne’s earlier roles at Santander Cards UK Limited included Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager, where significant projects like the sale of 18 million customer accounts were successfully managed. Wayne's career began at GE Capital, with roles ranging from MI Development Manager to Forecast Analyst. Education was completed at Balby Carr from 1985 to 1991.
