Mark Sheldrick

Mark Sheldrick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark began their career at Grant Thornton as a Senior Financial Accountant. Mark then moved to Eidos as a Group Accountant and later joined Barclays Bank as a Finance Relationship Manager.

In 2007, Mark joined Telstra and took on various roles, including Commercial Manager and Finance Operations Manager. Mark eventually became the General Manager in different departments, such as Retail Transformation & Strategy, Commercials, Procurement & Footprint Strategy, and Commercial & Vendor Management for Global Contact Centres.

From 2012 to 2014, Mark led the Finance & Commercials team in Telstra's Philippines Transformation. Mark then worked as a Principal Consultant at Grealy Consulting, where they guided and advised Samsung Electronics America on a major sourcing event.

In 2021, Mark joined Bupa as the Head of Commercials, and in 2022, they became the Head of Procurement at Transurban. Mark has a proven track record in procurement, strategy, commercial management, and transformation, with extensive experience in leading teams and executing large-scale projects.

Mark Sheldrick's education history includes obtaining a Chartered Accountant degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Mark also completed the Telstra Top Talent Leadership Program. In addition, Mark acquired a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business degree in Management from Monash University, specializing in Accountancy and Management.
