Michael Altman, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Investment Partners at Transurban Chesapeake since March 2018. In this role, Michael manages joint venture equity investor relationships and leads negotiations for partnership financing to optimize capital structure and returns. Previously, as Assistant Treasurer for North America, Michael achieved $32 million in annual savings through strategic financial initiatives. Michael’s prior experience includes a Vice President position at JP Morgan, where oversight of a $400 million bond issuance was a key responsibility, and an Associate role at Morse, Williams & Co., focusing on financial and credit analysis. Michael began a career at Goldman Sachs in a trading assistant capacity.
