Ryan Visci

Ryan Visci is an experienced leader who is currently the Director of Road Network Operations at Transurban, overseeing roadway and control center operations for the Greater Washington Area Express Lanes. Previously, Ryan served as the Director of Operations for Alexandria Transit Company (DASH), where they enhanced team performance and financial sustainability. With a strong background in transportation planning and operations management, Ryan has held various roles, including CUE Transit Manager and Assistant General Manager at First Transit, where they successfully implemented initiatives to improve rider satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ryan holds multiple degrees from the University of Connecticut, including a Master’s in Public Administration.
