Sameer Bhatia

Sameer Bhatia is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a comprehensive background in information security roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Cyber Defence Operations Lead at Transurban since September 2018, Sameer has also held positions as a Senior Threat Hunting and Response Specialist and Senior Security Operations Analyst at the same company. Prior to Transurban, Sameer worked at Citi as an AVP Information Security and spent time at Visa as an Information Security Analyst. Earlier career experiences include a Security Specialist role at Deutsche Bank and a Specialist position at HCL Technologies. Sameer holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications from Punjab Technical University and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic.
