Simon Gaiser -

Simon Gaiser is a seasoned Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Specialist currently at Transurban since September 2022, responsible for managing vulnerability management capabilities and external threat intelligence. Previously, Gaiser served as a Cyber Defence Engineer for the Department of Education at ASG Group, where efforts focused on security improvements and mentoring team members. Additional roles included Security Consultant for Western Sydney Airport, Vulnerability Management Specialist at CitiPower and Powercor, and Senior Consultant at NAB, where Gaiser implemented compliance measures and led vulnerability management initiatives. Gaiser's career in IT began in the late 1990s, with various positions in systems support and database development. Gaiser holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing Technology from Massey University.
