Tom Ramsay

Tom Ramsay is a Senior Technical Specialist at Transvault since December 2011, serving as the key contact for partners and providing tailored training and support for complex technical issues. In previous roles at Transvault, including Technical Account Manager and Support Specialist, Tom facilitated project coordination and issue resolution while empowering partners' technical teams. Prior to Transvault, Tom worked as a Helpdesk & Marketing Analyst and Technical Support Assistant at Essential Computing. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University, attained between 2004 and 2008, and completed education at Hereford Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004.
