Tim Fleischer

Tim Fleischer is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chairman at TransVoyant and Chairman & CEO at PD Power Systems, LLC, Tim Fleischer has held various significant positions, including Chairman of PD Systems, Director at the National Defense Industrial Association, and Director at Care Fusion Inc. Notable prior roles include CEO of Radian Inc., where strategic and operational management was overseen, and Vice President of Technology at Intrafed Inc. Tim Fleischer also served as a Naval Reserve Officer and had a distinguished career with the US Navy, instructing at the US Naval Academy and serving as a Surface Warfare Officer.
