Len Draper

Len Draper has over 19 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Len began their career in 2001 as Capital Projects Accounting Manager/Divisional Inventory Manager at Classic Communications. In 2008, they became Engineering - Project Manager at Avenue Broadband where they were responsible for multiple system upgrade projects in Indiana and Illinois. In 2009, they moved to Windstream KDL Inc. as OSP - Project Manager - Southern Region. From 2014 to 2015, they were Engineering Consultant at LD Consulting. Len then worked at Byers Engineering Company as Project Engineering Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became OSP/ISP Project Manager at Williams Communications, Inc. and in 2018 they were Director of Operations at Icon Consulting & Design. Since 2018, they have been working as OSP Construction Planning at Cox Communications/TrueNet and Manager US Project Coordination at TWN Communications.

Len Draper has a long and varied educational history. Len obtained a Certificate of Electrical Engineering from Jackson College between 1974 and 1976, followed by a Certificate of Project Management, Finance and Accounting from Rice University between 1989 and 1990. Len then obtained a Certificate of Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver in 1994, and a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Houston in 1995.
