Moon Chugh

Moon Chugh currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at TransX Group of Companies since August 2019, where responsibilities include utilizing HR analytics for data-driven decisions and generating reports on key HR metrics for executive leadership. Previously, Moon held the position of Fleet Manager, overseeing daily operations of multiple fleets and managing cross-border shipments. Experience also includes working as the Logistics Safety Coordinator at Royal Brothers Logistics Inc., conducting safety training and promoting a safety culture, as well as managing IT support operations at Arora and Associates. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Technology Management from Red River College Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Applications from Panjab University, complemented by an Executive Education program in Business from Harvard Business School.
