Ted Ryczek has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ted began their career at TranSystems in 2010 as a Business Manager. Prior to that, they had significant experience at Motorola where they held various positions. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Business Manager/Order Manager, responsible for forecasting annual equipment sales and providing support for CDMA platform operations teams. Ted also served as a Division Financial Analyst from 1998 to 2000, where they reviewed monthly budgetary charges and produced financial reports. Additionally, they were a Contracts Analyst from 1996 to 1998, where they negotiated and reviewed contracts with international customers and collaborated with financial institutions on payment methods. Finally, Ted started their career at Motorola as a Credit Analyst Supervisor from 1991 to 1996.

Ted Ryczek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Roosevelt University, where they attended from 1997 to 2000.
