Ruby Sullivan currently serves as an Associate Resource Manager at both Tranzformd and The Transformation Group, positions held since February 2025. Prior to this, Ruby worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Robert Walters from January 2024 to February 2025, focusing on business development and the end-to-end recruitment cycle within the Transformation and Delivery team. Ruby's experience also includes a role as a Human Resources Graduate at Auckland Transport from February 2022 to September 2022, participating in the graduate program and working in Customer Experience and Culture and Transformation. Additionally, Ruby was a Marketing Human Nutrition Intern at FOODNATION from November 2021 to January 2022, engaging with buyers and product owners at the 2021 Fine Food Show Awards. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago, earned from January 2018 to December 2021.
