David Barnhardt

David Barnhardt is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in management, ownership, and auction services. Currently serving as Manager at North Carolina Real Estate Services since November 2016, David utilizes expertise in marketing and negotiation to assist clients in buying and selling real estate. As the Owner and Broker in Charge at First Charlotte Properties since June 1986, responsibilities include business development, recruitment, training, and retention of real estate professionals. Additionally, David has contributed as an Auction Associate at Tranzon LLC since June 2012, facilitating various auction formats for a range of clients. Previous leadership roles include serving as President of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and holding a board member position with the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Economics from East Carolina University.
