Steve Griffin

Steve Griffin is the Owner and President of Steve Griffin Real Estate, LLC, established in 2010, specializing in advisory and brokerage services for multifamily property investors in the southeastern United States. In addition to leading their firm, Steve has served as a Broker Associate at Tranzon Driggers since 2016, focusing on accelerated marketing and disposition of real estate assets across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Asset Management at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Senior Director for Multifamily Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, Vice President of Asset Management at Simpson Housing Realty Advisors, and Project Director at Kilburn-Young Asset Management Corp. Steve's career began in 1975 at Manulife as a Branch Manager in U.S. Real Estate. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
