Eric Walker has over 17 years of work experience in the IT field. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Customer Engineer at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where they performed desk side surveys on individual computers, backed up and restored data using Symantec Ghost and Altiris PC Transplant, and built and set up computers, as well as established network connectivity. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Customer Engineer at Siemens Business Services, where they supported all desktop and laptop computers, printers, and peripherals at Owens Corning World Headquarters, performed backups and restores using Veritas backup exec, and monitored backups, and changing backup tapes as needed throughout the day, at the end of the day, and at the end of each week. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at CompuCom as a Desktop Management Operations and Technical Support Analyst, where they managed various groups of individuals as lead technician, in numerous support areas and projects, including desktop support, refinery turn-around project support, and hardware fleet refresh projects, led a team of various technicians to completely restructure the hardware and software environment at Sunoco's Toledo Refinery, over the course of 4 years, and worked with various teams to completely rewire the entire network infrastructure of the main office building in Toledo. From 2009 to 2008, they worked at VARtek as a Network Technician, where they provided server and network support, to the Swanton School system, in Swanton Ohio, scheduled upgrades, preventive maintenance, and security patches to all servers and workstations, and implemented various solutions in regards to security and productivity, including installation and setup of Microsofts WSUS server. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have worked as a Network Engineer at Tranztec Solutions, where they are responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within an organisation or between organisations, with the goal of ensuring the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability to users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers.

Eric Walker completed a Master of Computer Science and Engineering (M.C.S.E.) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (C.C.N.A.) from PsiCom between 2000 and 2004. Eric also obtained a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification in 2000.
