Director, Project Management Office at Trapp Technology

Jeff Hazel began their career in 2008 as an IT Service Management Coordinator and Technical Project Coordinator & Service Desk Lead at Inland Computer Services, Inc. Jeff was responsible for strategic project management and end-to-end technical support, as well as researching, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues. During their six years at Inland, they reduced software and hardware expenditures by 38%.

In 2013, Jeff began working as an Infrastructure Project Manager at the Arizona Department of Transportation. In this role, they oversaw the planning and delivery of complex IT projects, leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, and acted as a senior IT leader within the Technology Department.

In 2016, Jeff joined Trapp Technology as the Director of the Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager. Two years later, they moved to ArmorPoint where they held the same role of Director of the Project Management Office.

Jeff Hazel received their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate in Science in Computer Science from the College of DuPage in 2004. Jeff also holds certifications from APMG International, The Project Management Institute (PMI), priSM, ITIL/EXIN, and ITIL/EXIN. These certifications include COBIT 5 Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Associate in Service Management (ASM(R)), ITIL v3 Service Operation, and ITIL v3 Foundation.
