Zach Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Zach currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Traq.ai, where they focus on optimizing sales processes and improving customer relationships. Prior to this, Zach worked as a Sales Development Representative at KeepTruckin and Rain Instant Pay, where they were responsible for generating leads and driving sales. In 2019, they worked as a Strategic Account Specialist at JumpCrew, helping clients increase their revenue through innovative marketing strategies. Before that, Zach gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Traq365 Inc. and as a Sales and Marketing Intern at MotionPoint. Zach also has prior experience as a Camp Counselor at Falling Creek Camp.

Zach Cole obtained their Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from The University of the South, where they attended from 2016 to 2019.
