Sonam Shukkla is currently the Head of Account Management and Operations at TraqCheck, bringing over 10 years of experience in operations and client servicing. Previously, Sonam held positions at AuthBridge as an Associate Manager and at Startek as a Team Leader. Sonam's career includes significant roles in customer relationship management, where they excelled in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Sonam earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, alongside an earlier degree from Esplanade Education Society's Niranjana Majithia College of Commerce.
