Michael Elia

Michael, our CEO, is an expert in global mobility and its role in securing the global talent pipeline. His focus is ensuring that TraQs’ solutions help companies make mobility work, and drive continuous improvement in their talent mobility programs.

Michael graduated from the London School of Economics, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. During ten years there, he introduced some of the firm’s first IT systems and helped develop employee mobility solutions used in dozens of countries.
