Paul Robinson

Paul joined TraQs’s leadership team after retiring as Group HR Director of Arup in 2018 following five years in the role. He is focused on helping clients introduce metrics of Success and Return on Investment to help make mobility work.

Paul’s career provided him with rich experience of international HR: directly as an expatriate himself in Norway; as a consultant with KPMG; as one with responsibility for supporting global mobility at companies as diverse as BP, BOC, Oracle and, of course, Arup.
