Previously, John held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Stripe, contributing to fraud detection initiatives, and at Google, where John worked on spam and abuse detection systems for a vast user base. Early career experiences include roles at Glide and Zenefits, where John played pivotal roles in developing software for real estate and core platform functionality. John possesses expertise in C++ and distributed systems.
