Thomas Colmant has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Thomas started their career at Techspace-Aero in 2002, where they worked as a development engineer and later became a development team leader and project leader. During this time, they were responsible for the technical development and certification of aircraft engine modules, including collaborating with customers and authorities.

In 2008, Thomas joined IBA as a project manager and mechanical architect.
