Thomas Colmant

Thomas Colmant has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Thomas started their career at Techspace-Aero in 2002, where they worked as a development engineer and later became a development team leader and project leader. During this time, they were responsible for the technical development and certification of aircraft engine modules, including collaborating with customers and authorities.

In 2008, Thomas joined IBA as a project manager and mechanical architect. Thomas led the development of different product projects, ensuring integration and meeting technical and non-technical requirements. Thomas also played a key role in a collaborative project with Philips Design, which received a prestigious design award.

At IBA, Thomas progressed to become the strategic industrialization project manager, where they coordinated the manufacturing supply chain organization's objectives, including cost reduction, lead time, and capacity.
