Marek Jõeleht currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at CLOUD FACTORY since July 2018, focusing on jewelry on demand. Previously, Marek worked at Tallinn University of Technology from February 2011 to March 2018 in roles including Early Stage Researcher concentrating on cermet materials and as a PhD student involved in material research with the Estonian Ministry of Defence. Additional experience includes being a member of the NATO Applied Vehicle Technology panel from March 2014 to December 2016, and a Junior Research Scientist at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2015, where Marek focused on additive manufacturing. Marek also served as an R&D Specialist at the Ministry of Defence of Estonia from July 2014 to February 2015. Marek holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering (Material Science) and a Master’s degree in Product Development and Production Engineering from TalTech.
