Alan Pontes

Alan Pontes is currently the Group Manager of R&D at TRATON, focusing on electrical installations for buses. Previously, they served as Project Manager for process and IT solutions, utilizing Agile methodology and Jira for collaboration projects at SCANIA CV AB. Their experience includes roles as a mechanical designer and electrical coordinator, as well as a product designer for buses' components at Scania Latin America. Alan began their career as a product developer at Semcon and has also worked as a maintenance mechanic. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Production Processes from Centro Universitário Anhangüera.
