Bradley Watson

Bradley Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bradley is currently employed as the SVP, Head of Operational Excellence at TRATON GROUP since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Navistar Inc, where they held multiple positions. These positions included Vice President of Program Management and Operations Strategy, Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), Director of Alliance Management (Volkswagen Truck & Bus / TRATON Alliance), Sr. Program Manager for Joint Strategic Operations and Planning, and Sr. Program Manager for Product Development. Before joining Navistar Inc, Bradley Watson worked at Navistar Defense as a Program Manager for the MaxxPro Recovery Vehicle/MRAP. Bradley also served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and held various roles, including Marine Infantry Officer and Infantry Company Executive Officer. Additionally, they worked at Goodrich as a Sr. Program Manager, overseeing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) product development. Earlier in their career, Bradley Watson worked as an Associate Producer at CNN.

Bradley Watson attended Vanderbilt University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Pre-Law. Bradley later pursued an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies between 2008 and 2010. Bradley Watson also holds several certifications, including "Delivering Results with a Business-focused PMO," "How to Successfully Lead a PMO," "Setting Up a PMO," and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
