Dirk Pelzer

Dirk Pelzer has extensive work experience in tax and customs management. Dirk has held the position of Head of Tax & Customs at TRATON Group since 2018. Prior to this, they served as Head of Taxes at MAN SE from 2011 to 2017. Dirk also worked as a Senior Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2006 to 2010, and at KPMG from 2002 to 2006. Dirk began their career as a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1995, where they worked until 2002. Dirk's expertise and experience make him a valuable asset in the field of tax and customs management.

Dirk Pelzer obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Gymnasium Horkesgath - Krefeld in the years 1980-1988. Dirk then went on to earn a Diplom-Kaufmann Univ. degree in BWL from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg between 1989 and 1995. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Steuerberater in 1999 and Diplom-Kaufmann Univ. from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in 1995. Dirk later acquired the US CPA certification from Chicago in 2001 and the Fachberater für Internationales Steuerrecht certification from Steuerberaterkammer München in 2010.
