Elsa Westin

Elsa Westin is a Digital ESG Transformation Advisor, currently working at TRATON GROUP, where they develop strategies and implementation plans to digitalize environmental and climate initiatives across multiple brands. Previously, they co-founded gaia gen, leading efforts to align software development organizations with sustainability practices, and served as the IT Sustainability Lead at Scania Group, where they established a decarbonization strategy. Elsa also has experience as an Event Leader at Golfresan Media AB and participated in the Association of Student-Athletes Committee at Keiser University. They hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Assessment from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Keiser University.
