Fabio Castello has a diverse and extensive work experience in the logistics industry. Fabio is currently the Head of Traton Logistics and Chief Logistics Officer at TRATON GROUP, a role they assumed in June 2022. Prior to this, Fabio held various high-level positions at Scania Group. Fabio served as the Senior Vice President Logistics, Vice President Logistics, and Head of Logistics, responsible for managing the supply chain processes, forecasting, order control, materials and production planning, storage, material handling, inbound and outbound flows, and logistics and packaging development. Fabio also had the role of Export Manager, General Manager, Planning Manager, Logistics Manager, Outbound Process Manager, Purchasing Development Manager, and Logistics Development Engineer at Scania. Additionally, Fabio has served as a Board Member at Scania Parts Logistics and Scania South Africa, and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Scania Group Thailand. Fabio has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing budgets, teams, and global logistics operations.

Fabio Castello has a Master of Science degree in Automotive Engineering from FEI, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. Fabio then pursued further education and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Transportation Logistics at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1997. In 1998, Fabio obtained an MBA degree in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Fabio continued their executive education by attending the International Management program at Stockholm School of Economics between 2013 and 2014. Fabio also completed an Executive Elite Program at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business during the same period. Additionally, they attended two Executive Elite Programs at IESE Business School and HEC Paris in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
