Todd Bell

Todd Bell has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Traton Homes since September 2021. Prior to this role, Todd held the same position at Minerva USA, LLC from June 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing the construction of high-end condos and townhouses valued between $850,000 and $1 million. Todd also owned and operated T S Bell Construction from 1995 until June 2018, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the construction industry.
