Trauma Research UK is a registered charity dedicated to helping individuals overcome the emotional and psychological impact of trauma, anxiety and related life challenges.

Our one-to-one mentoring programme helps uncover the root of fear, anxiety and trauma, showing that it’s not what’s wrong with you, but what happened to you.

We provide practical guidance, lived experience and compassionate support. We believe that many mental health challenges are rooted in traumatic past experiences and with the right tools and understanding, healing is possible.
