Ethan Schwach

Ethan Schwach has a diverse work experience. Ethan began their career in 2014 as a Groundskeeper for the Town of Lancaster. In 2015, they worked as a Security Officer for US Security Association Inc. In 2017, they were an Executive Recruiting Intern at StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants, where they sourced leads for recruiters, created a database of skilled nursing facilities, and completed various steps in the interview process. In 2018, they worked as Support for Traumasoft, a high performance technology company. Ethan then returned to Traumasoft in 2020 as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they specialized in automation, system integration, and providing organizations with one solution to manage all of their business needs. In between their time at Traumasoft, they worked as a Manager at Picasso's Pizza from 2011-2020.

Ethan Schwach obtained an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors Distinction and Mastery of Science and Mathematics from Lancaster High School between 2010 and 2014. Ethan then attended the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, Ethan Schwach has obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel 2010, Microsoft Word 2010, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business and Google Analytics Academy, respectively.
