Michaela Walker

Michaela Walker is a quality engineering leader with over a decade of experience building high-performing QA teams and modernizing test practices in dynamic digital environments. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at The Travel Chapter, Michaela has scaled the QA function from a one-person role to a department of 19 engineers, significantly reducing regression testing time. Michaela previously held roles at Hewlett Packard and HPE, where they led QA efforts for enterprise backup solutions and managed global automation tooling teams. With a strong passion for customer advocacy, Michaela is dedicated to embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle. Michaela earned a BSc(Hons) in Forensic Computing and Computer Science from the University of the West of England.
