PositivEarth is a boutique travel and cultural consulting company created to help travelers explore the world with greater confidence, clarity, and cultural understanding.

We believe travel should be more than visiting popular attractions. It should create opportunities to connect with local communities, understand different perspectives, and return home with meaningful memories that continue to inspire personal growth.

Founded by Jorge Rivera, a seasoned travel professional with more than 12 years of airline-industry experience, a master’s degree in forensic psychology, and firsthand experience across more than 100 destinations, PositivEarth combines practical travel expertise with cultural awareness and highly personalized service.

Our services include personalized travel planning, destination research, cultural preparation, small-group experiences, travel consultations, and guidance for individuals, families, organizations, and culturally curious travelers.

From the first conversation through the journey itself, we transform travel overwhelm into a clear and thoughtfully designed experience—helping every traveler feel informed, supported, and prepared.

Our work is guided by the values of Trust, Respect, Adaptability, Inclusion, and Learning—our TRAIL toward more responsible and meaningful travel.

Travel with confidence. Connect deeply. Experience more.
