Sam Simpson is an experienced leader in agile business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Project Management at Travelodge Hotels Limited. Sam has previously held the position of Director of Agile PMO at INTO University Partnerships and Head of Projects & PMO at Unite Students. With a strong focus on implementing strategic agile change across various industries, Sam has successfully created governance models for managing budgets exceeding £60M.
