Alexandra K. currently serves as the Head of Customer Operations at both Exodus Adventure Travels, a B Corp™, and Travelopia, a position held since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Operations Manager, Senior Customer Operations Executive, and Customer Operations Support at Exodus. Alexandra has also worked with The Esprit Group from September 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included catering and hospitality for high-profile events such as the GQ Men of the Year Awards and at Lords Cricket Ground. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Canterbury Christ Church University, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
