Andrew White

Andrew joined Quark Expeditions as Vice-President of Sales in 2012, before becoming President in 2014, a role which he says has given him an incredible opportunity to apply his professional acumen with his passion for expedition travel. Andrew came to the team with an impressive 25-plus-year track record in sales and marketing at such companies as Molson Coors Canada (in North America and the United Kingdom), Bond Brand Loyalty, The Hive Strategic Marketing, Arctic Kingdom Polar Expeditions, and co-owner of a boutique luxury Tour Operator (Horizon & Co.). Andrew has also garnered respect for his skill as a certified executive coach, especially in the areas of personal branding and leadership consulting. Taking the helm of Quark Expeditions, the leader in polar travel, has been a natural fit for Andrew, an experienced expedition leader who has guided canoe trips throughout the Canadian Arctic. He’s also a former owner of Canada’s oldest outdoor adventure company.

Andrew has two teenage kids who inspire him with their boundless energy and their spontaneous “yes” to any challenge that arises in their path.

Favorite travel moment: Paddling the Keele River in the Canadian Arctic with 5 great friends and learning to Scuba Dive with my daughter in Raja Ampat (Indonesia).
