Julia Franks

Julia Franks is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior People Partner at Travelopia since July 2023, focusing on corporate functions and operational teams across 13 countries within the yacht sector. Previously, Julia held various roles at The Body Shop from April 2017 to July 2023, including People Partner for Global Functions and Senior ER Advisor. Julia's earlier experience includes positions at DMH Stallard LLP, Southern Water, and Quest Recruitment Solutions International, spanning HR and recruitment functions. Julia holds a 2:1 BSc (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Sussex and a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management, alongside a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the University of Brighton.
