Simon Grout

Simon Grout has a diverse work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Simon is currently working at G Touring, where they hold the position of Head of Operations since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Operations Manager at G Touring from November 2021 to October 2022. Simon also worked as a Reservations Manager at The Red Carnation Hotel Collection in June to August 2021. Before that, they took a career break from August 2020 to June 2021. Simon has a significant experience with Busabout Operations Ltd, where they held various roles. Simon served as a Partnerships Manager from May 2016 to August 2020, overseeing the operational partnerships and contracting for Busabout's global business. Prior to this role, they were a Reservations Manager from September 2014 to April 2016 and a Reservations Supervisor from April 2010 to August 2014. Simon started their career as a Travel Consultant at Flight Centre Travel Group in January to April 2010. Simon also worked as a Tour Manager at Busabout Operations Ltd from April 2007 to October 2009.

Simon Grout attended the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Molecular Physics BSc (Hons).
