Pankaj Jha

Pankaj Jha is currently the DM of Talent Acquisition at TravelTriangle. Prior to this, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Simpplr from November 2017 to October 2021. There, they were responsible for heading talent acquisition for India operations, which included 90% tech and 10% support roles. Pankaj also managed a team of 5 smart recruiters, mostly for technology hiring purposes. Pankaj has also worked at TravelTriangle from July 2015 to November 2017 as the Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition. There, they were responsible for building the entire Technology & Product team from scratch and engaged and hired top notch talents across the industry.

Pankaj Jha holds an MBA in Marketing and Telecommunication from Amity University, a PGDM in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad, and a B.Sc in Physics from C. M. Science College, Darbhanga.
