We are an independent consultancy business helping leaders navigate complex problems. Drawing on over 3 decades of front-line experience, we bring unparalleled expertise in security sector reform, crisis, disaster and risk management, leadership, business continuity, defence and security and international development. We build sustainable teams in complex environments, thereby facilitating complicated multi-stakeholder projects. We're known as team players with excellent communication skills, excelling in high pressure, multinational environments.

We have recently founded our subsidiary - SafehousePro - a ground-breaking project to develop preparedness from the ground up - using hard-won lessons learned internationally to build resilience and response capacity in UK communities and households. We want to ensure that vulnerable groups (particularly the very poor, old and those lacking mobility) are represented, involved and supported at all stages of the Emergency Management Cycle (preparation, response, recovery and learning).
