Aaron is Head of the Funds Department at Travers Smith.

Aaron advises investment trusts, REITs, offshore funds, SPACs and their sponsors on corporate finance and admissions to and fundraisings on all London markets. His practice encompasses public and private M&A, reconstructions, recapitalisations, and management contract renegotiations. He has particular expertise in shareholder activism.

Aaron is ranked as a 'Leading Individual' by The Legal 500 and is 'Highly Regarded' in IFLR1000.

He is Chairman of the Regulatory Committee of LPEC, the Listed Private Capital trade body.
