Chris Widdison

Chris Widdison is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently a Partner at Travers Smith since November 2017, Chris has also held the positions of Senior Counsel and Senior Associate within the firm. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Solicitor at Slaughter and May from September 2014 to November 2017 and as a Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell from September 2009 to September 2014. Chris obtained a Legal Practice Course in Law from Nottingham Law School in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law (European Union) from the University of Leicester, earned in 2005. Early education was completed at Ermysted's Grammar School in Skipton, where attendance occurred from 1995 to 2001.
