John Franssen

John Franssen began their work experience in 1996 as a book clerk and logistics assistant at Wise Press. John then worked as a library assistant at the Institute of Ophthalmology & Moorfields Eye Hospital from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2011, they held various roles at Davies Arnold Cooper, including Information Assistant, Information Officer, and Information Services Manager. John then worked as the Library and Information Services Manager at Penningtons Manches LLP from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are the Head of Research at Travers Smith, a position they have held since 2014.

John Franssen attended the University of East Anglia from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) with Honors in History. In 1999, they enrolled at London Metropolitan University, completing their education in 2000 and obtaining a Master's degree (MA) in Information Services Management.
