John Lee

John Lee is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Travers Smith since December 2017, specializing in complex commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including banking and finance, derivatives, and competition litigation. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate and Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on banking and finance disputes, and a trainee solicitor with experience in asset finance and regulatory advisory. Additional secondment experience includes negotiating derivatives master agreements at Societe Generale and dispute resolution focus at Clyde & Co LLP. John Lee holds an LPC from BPP Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City St George’s, University of London, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
