Jonathan Trent

Jonathan Trent is an Associate in the Funds practice group at Travers Smith, focusing on private funds since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group at K&L Gates, concentrating on private funds. Experience also includes serving as Junior Legal Counsel at Partners Group, where Jonathan worked across various asset classes with an emphasis on primary fund investments. Jonathan's legal training includes a Trainee Solicitor position at Herbert Smith Freehills, with experience in dispute resolution, project finance, and corporate law.
