Jonathan Walters

Jonathan Walters is a partner in Travers Smith’s Corporate M&A and ECM Department, focusing on public and private M&A, joint ventures, and equity capital markets, particularly within the infrastructure sector. They advise a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies and infrastructure funds, on various corporate finance transactions. Jonathan's recent work includes advising Hovis on its sale to Endless Private Equity and assisting Ancala Partners with multiple strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Travers Smith in 2019, Jonathan was an associate at Slaughter and May and served as legal counsel for Inchcape. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from the University of Oxford, followed by a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School.
